As Head of purchasing, you will play a key role in shaping, implementing, and managing Sweetch Energy's procurement strategy.
Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the technical teams, you will have both strategic and operational responsibilities to build an efficient, resilient supply chain aligned with our industrial and environmental goals across all procurement types: CAPEX, OPEX, and MRO.
Your Main Responsibilities :
Implement the Procurement Strategy
Design a strategy aligned with the company’s objectives, ensuring secured supply while optimizing cost, quality, timelines, and contractual terms.
Explore sourcing opportunities both in France and internationally for key components.
Support Product, Manufacturing, and Power teams by providing efficient process and supply solutions.
Structure Internal Processes
Develop, improve, and formalize internal sourcing and procurement processes with a focus on efficiency and digitalization.
Define processes across teams to collect needs and issues, analyse them, and assess their criticality.
Oversee the integration of procurement into company processes in areas such as production, energy projects, industrialization, and innovation.
Anticipate supply chain risks, manage potential disputes, and ensure prompt responses to unforeseen issues.
Supplier Negotiation and Optimization
Identify, select, and negotiate with national and international suppliers of industrial components and processes.
Ensure proper execution and renegotiation of supplier contracts as needed.
Procurement Department Management
Structure and develop a team of 2 people while also being hands-on and operational when required.
Lead the procurement team to achieve individual and collective goals, foster skill development, and encourage autonomy and efficiency.
Degree from an engineering school or equivalent, ideally complemented by a specialization in procurement, business school training, or buyer certification with a strong interest in technical and industrial topics.
Significant experience in a procurement role, preferably within an industrial or tech company, with responsibility for CAPEX, OPEX, and MRO purchasing.
