Your mission

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Finance and Accounting Officer with solid experience, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment and working closely with cross-functional teams.

This key position will enable you to contribute to the sound administrative and financial management of our company while participating in continuous improvement and digital transformation projects.

Your main responsibilities :

  • Manage daily accounting operations (invoice entry, account reconciliation, supplier balance checks, etc.)

  • Oversee group cash management (invoice payments, reconciliation, reimbursement tracking, etc.)

  • Assist in semi-annual closings and annual audits

  • Act as a liaison with internal teams and external partners (accountants, auditors, etc.)

  • Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and the digitalization of tools

  • Participate in cross-functional projects, especially those related to information systems (Business Central, ERP, etc.)

  • Provide administrative and legal support on various topics

  • Manage expense reports (preparation/verification of expense claims and supporting documents)

The ideal profile

With a degree in Accounting and Financial Management (Master CCA, BTS Comptabilité, or equivalent), you have at least 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, either in a corporate setting or within an accounting firm.

You are known for your attention to detail, autonomy, and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal abilities are essential, enabling you to collaborate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and demonstrate adaptability.

You are comfortable with digital tools and have a keen interest in information systems.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a similar ERP system is a strong plus.
